The hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming. They gave a free gift upon arrival which I loved. The hotel facilities including the gym, jogging track, and garden lounge were well-maintained and beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
Nothing could have been better.

Room too dimly lit (hard to read papers or books) TV programmes limited to local channels. Would love if they have egg station for fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs daily.

During my xmas trip, I stayed at a hotel which had two great features. it was located near many restaurants, making it an ideal spot for food lovers. the hotel was part of a mall, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean and well-furnished.
I was left disappointed by some aspects of my stay. the rooms were not sound-proofed well, and we could hear conversations and music from the common areas.

Room is dark (hard to read newspaper or books since TV programmes was limited to local channels only.) Breakfast will be great if they have egg station for fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs daily.

The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Moreover, free breakfast, tea, and well-equipped facilities such as iron, hairdryer make for a comfortable stay.
No swimming pool or indoor playground for children.

The hotel provided complimentary hi-tea during our stay, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to many attractions. The room was comfortable and had all necessities, making our stay enjoyable.
The lighting in the room was dim, which made it difficult to read or work. there was no mini-fridge in the room, which was problematic for keeping drinks and snacks cold.
